All fees are stated exclusive of any applicable government fees, court filing charges, or third-party costs, which are payable separately as disbursements.

All information shared with us in the context of a legal engagement is treated as strictly confidential and subject to legal professional privilege, in accordance with Thai law and professional standards.

6. Intellectual Property
